The mission of the Consejo de Federaciones Mexicanas en Norteamérica (COFEM) is to promote the advancement of the Latino community in North America through public policy advocacy, educational and cultural programming, strategic mobilization, community organization, and bi-national economic development. COFEM is dedicated to improving the welfare of Latino immigrants, with an emphasis in the areas of education, health, civic participation, and economic development.
