We are currently seeking TWO passionate and self-motivated individuals to fill different positions in our team.

The Administrative Assistant (Coachella Valley) must have excellent communication and organizational skills and must be exceptionally knowledgeable in office management and protocol. This includes having a familiarity with the operation and payroll. The goal is to ensure all administrative and finance operations are executed efficiently and effectively on a day-to-day basis to ensure COFEM’s missions and goals are fulfilled.

The Community Organizer (Coachella Valley) works with the College Futures Foundation to sustain a collective approach to implement policies around School Climate, Restorative Justice, and Local Control Funding Formula implementation within the Coachella Valley.
